Consolidation of low mountains and mild slope is not only the inherent demand to ease the pressure of cultivated land resource protection,but also an inevitable choice of breaking the contradiction to land supply and demand of the urban and rural construction. This paper,with an example of Shiyan＇s consolidation of low mountains and mild slope,analyzed the adverse environmental impact in the process of land consolidation,including the short-term,medium-term and long-term adverse effects.
