提出了基于四阶矩理论的机械可靠性灵敏度分析的数值方法,建立了履带式车辆传动系统传动轴的力学模型,以传动轴为研究对象讨论分析了在仅知道机械构件结构随机分布参数前四阶矩的情况下机械构件的灵敏度分析问题,给出了传动轴可靠度随其各个结构参数改变的灵敏度变化规律,研究了结构设计参数的改变对传动轴可靠性的影响,为传动轴的可靠性优化提供理论依据,进而基于可靠性灵敏度分析结果对传动轴的结构改进进行研究,研究成果可以推广到相关机械可靠性灵敏度设计和结构优化领域,具有非常重要的实用意义。
Numerical method for reliability sensitivity design is presented based on fourth moment technique,track-laying vehicle drive shaft mechanical model is set to discuss and analyze only know the mechanical components under random distribution parameters before four moments of the mechanical components of the sensitivity of the analysis and design problems,reliable transmission shaft the degree of sensitivity variation with its various structural parameters when changes are given,the effects of changes in the structural parameters of the drive shaft of the reliability and provide a theoretical basis for the reliability optimization of the drive shaft,and then based on the results of the sensitivity analysis of structural improvements to the drive shaft research,the production can be very useful if it extended to correlated area of machine sensitivity design.
