冲击缓冲装置是火炮系统的核心部件,其性能的优劣对于整个火炮系统具有至关重要的作用。通过构建反映火炮冲击缓冲装置工作状况的虚拟样机,引入相对灵敏度分析方法研究设计参数对冲击缓冲装置动态特性指标的影响显著程度,解决了不同量纲设计参数的影响比较难题。基于指标无标度方法建立火炮冲击缓冲装置动态特性评估模型,给出指标薄弱度的定义和相关概念,提出冲击缓冲装置动态特性薄弱环节的确定方法,仿真算例及改进结果说明了该方法的有效性和虚拟样机技术的优越性。展望虚拟样机在武器装备工程研究领域应用的前景。
Shock buffered mechanism is a key part of guns which plays an important role in guns system.The virtual prototype is established,and the effect of design parameters on dynamic performance of shock buffered mechanism is studied with introduction of relative sensitivity method,and the comparison problem of design parameters with deferent dimension is solved.The evaluation model of dynamic characteristics of shock buffered mechanism is constructed,and the definition and related conception of weakness score of index are brought forward.Then the method to confirm improvable chain of a system is given,and the simulation and improvement case suggest the efficiency of method and the superiority of virtual prototyping technology.The perspective of virtual prototyping technology applied in military equipment is presented.
