使用离子液体“充填型”支撑液膜,进行苯/环己烷混合物的蒸汽渗透膜分离实验,比较了不同离子液体,不同孔状结构的PVDF膜以及操作温度对分离性能的影响.结果表明,离子液体支撑液膜的蒸汽渗透过程能够实现苯和环己烷的分离;苯优先通过离子液体支撑液膜,在30-40℃温度下,[C4mim][PF6]离子液体支撑液膜的分离因子可迭10左右;经过60h的实验测定.支撑液膜分离性能稳定.离子液体支撑液膜的蒸汽渗透膜分离过程.有望成为分离苯和环己烷的有效途径.
Benzene/cyclohexane mixture is separated through supported liquid membranes using ionic liquids. The effects of the ionic liquids, configuration of the supported membranes and temperature on permeability and selectivity are studied. It is found that benzene can be selectively permeated through the membrane against cyclohexane. The liquid membrane using [C4mim][PF6] has separation factor 10 at 30-40 ℃. And membrane separation performance is stable during 60 h measurements. The results indicate that the application of a supported ionic liquid membrane to benzene and cyclohexane separation process is promising.
