聚乙烯醇(PVA)在碘-碘化钾混合水溶液中能形成蓝色复合物,该复合材料在人们日常生活中已广泛应用。本文综述了在稀溶液条件下聚乙烯醇-碘复合物的形成,并对其复合物形成的可能影响因素,如:PVA的分子量、链结构的规整度、1,2-羟基结构、支链以及浓度、添加其它物质和反应时间等,进行了系统论述。从聚集模型观点看,在复合物中,碘主要是以线性多聚碘负离子形式存在的,如:I3^-和I5^-等;而PVA链通过分子间氢键作用形成链间聚集将多聚碘负离子包裹在内而形成复合物。
PVA-iodine complexes could be formed in kI-iodine aqueous solution, which materials have been already applied widely in daily life. In this paper, the formation of PVA-iodine complexes in dilute aqueous solution has been reviewed. The effects of the degree of polymerization, stereo-regularity, 1,2 glycol content, concentration of PVA, additional reagents and reaction time on the color development due to PVA-iodine complexes have been studied. From the viewpoint of aggregation mode, the structure of iodine in the complexes is linear polyiodine ions such as I3^- and I5^- , whereas PVA chains are readily to aggregate by intermolecular hydrogen bonding, and each polyiodine is surrounded by' some parallelly-oriented PVA chains to form complexes.
