针对无刷直流电机的性能测试一般依靠测功机,测试成本高昂且不能实现全检的现状,提出了一种电机特性快速检测方法。首先分析了带位置传感器的无刷直流电机的工作原理,通过采集电机的霍尔位置传感器信号,将其消噪后按经验模态分解为固有模态分量,并根据位置传感器信号与电机转速与特性之间的关系,得出电机的机械特性曲线,并利用高精度转速.转矩传感器测量并绘制电机的机械特性曲线,两者的一致性表明该方法有较好的精度。
The performance test of Brushless DC motor relies on the dynamometer,which is costly and cannot re- alize all motor testing. To solve this issue, a new performance test method was proposed. Firstly, the principle of brushless DC motor with position sensor was analyzed, then acquired hall signal was decomposed into intrinsic mode functions (IMF) by using EMD method, according to the relationship between the signal of position sensor and mo- tor speed, the motor's mechanical characteristic curve are obtained. Meanwhile curving and mensuring it by high precition speed-torque sensor,the consisitenty between two curves shows that the method can meet practical require- ments.
