针对测试仪器产品的可靠性分析问题,基于试验数据较少的客观事实,提出了基于可靠性单元法的整机产品可靠性分析方法.首先,提出了稳态可用度和可靠度作为仪器产品的可靠性主要指标,在此基础上,研究了单一性维修情况下的可靠性单元模型及其组合结构,并分析了不同逻辑结构下可靠性指标的数学模型.进一步地,提出了基于功能结构分析的仪器产品可靠性框图构建方法,并以摩擦系数测试仪为对象,分析了可靠性指标的计算方法和过程,最后,通过Matlab系统进行了演算和仿真,结果表明此方法的有效性和实用性.
Aiming at the issues of the reliability analysis of test instrument, with the fact of lacking of experiment data, the reliability analysis method for the whole product are presented based on reliability units. Firstly, the steady-state availability and reliability degree are put forward and used as the reliability index for test instrument. On the basis of these, the reliability unit model and its composite structure are investigated on the context of oneness maintenance. And the reliability models of different logical structures are analyzed. Further, the construct method of reliability framework for instrument product is proposed based on function structure analysis. The calculation method and process of reliability index are presented by using friction test instrument as example. Finally, these principles and algorithm are realized and simulated based on Matlab system .The results show that it is effective and feasible.
