以某300MW汽轮机调节级为研究对象,采用适合参数研究的标准k—ε湍流模型,应用SIMPLEC算法分别对理想气体模型和Redlich-Kwong气体模型下的多周向物理模型进行数值模拟,并将模拟结果与IAPWS-IF97计算值进行比对。结果表明,对于高温高压过热蒸汽,用Redlich-Kwong气体模型所得结果比理想气体模型更接近真实值,为保证结果正确性,对汽轮机高压级流道进行数值模拟研究时应采用Redlich-Kwong气体模型。
The governing stage of 300MW steam turbine has been taken as the research object in this paper. The standard k - ε turbulence model was adopted because it is suitable for parameter' s research, and SIMPLEC algorithm was used for multi-circumferential model with ideal gas model and Redlieh-Kwong gas model, compare results with the value calculated by IAPWS - IF97, the consequence shows that results of Redlich-Kwong gas model are more closer to the real value than the ideal gas model. In order to guarantee the correctness of result of high pressure stage in the steam turbine ,it is necessary to use Redlich-Kwong gas model in the numerical simulation.
