加装双钩片对除雾器流场及除雾性能的影响

为了研究加装双钩片对板式除雾器的性能以及不同粒径液滴去除率的影响,本文采用低Re SST k-ω湍流模型对湿法烟气脱硫系统中带双钩的板式除雾器内流场进行数值模拟,分析了钩片的结构参数、气流速度和液滴粒径对除雾效率和压降的影响。结果表明:与无钩片除雾器相比,加装双钩片对较小粒径液滴的去除率有显著提升,粒径为10μm液滴的去除率从原来7.99%提高到23.14%,粒径为20μm的液滴去除率从原来的31.63%提高到60.49%,而对粒径大于30μm的液滴去除率可达到90%以上;钩片的长度对除雾效率的影响为主要因素,而钩片的宽度对其影响很小;加装双钩的板式除雾器在压降允许范围内,改善了普通板式除雾器对小液滴去除率低的缺点,为高效除雾器的实验研究和设计提供了理论依据。

In order to study the influence of installing double hook plates on performance of the plate demister and the removal rate of droplets with different particle sizes, the low Reynolds SST k-co model was applied to numerically simulate the flow field inside the demister with double hook plates for the wet flue gas desulfurization system. The effects of the hook plates' structural parameters, gas flow rate and liquid droplet size on demisting efficiency and pressure drop of the demister were investigated. The results show that, compared with the demister with no hook, the one installing double hook plates has higher removal rate on droplets with smaller diameter. The removal rate of droplets with particle diameter of 10 ~rn increased from 7.99% to 23.14%, and that of the droplets with particle diameter of 20 pan increased from 31.63% to 60.49%. In addition, the removal rate of droplets with particle diameter larger than 30 lma reached up to 90%. The length of the hook piece is the main factor affecting the droplets' removal efficiency, while the width of the hook piece has a very small influence. Within the range of allowable pressure drop, the plate demister installed double hook plates enhances the removal rate of small liquid drops, which provides a theoretical basis for experimental research and design of mist eliminators.
