As a senior social-economic form, service economy appears in the mid and later period of industrialization, and being increasingly mature in the Post-industrial era. The expression ways of service economy includes not only showed as the advanced development of service industry, but also taken as important factor to integrate with agriculture, even the tertiarization of the national economy.The essential characteristics of service economy are the service-oriented tendency of industrial structure, intermediate input, value creation and final demand. The influencing factors are the national income level, the degree of social division of labor, the urbanization process, the degree of market economy, human capital accumulation, and the impact of the fictitious economy, and so on.
