本文选用汽车车窗升降器用尼龙66(PA66)精密塑料齿轮为研究对象,阐述了齿轮的建模过程。采用Moldflow6.1软件,分析精密塑料齿轮的填充过程,结合田口正交实验设计方法,优化成型工艺方法,改进成型工艺参数,并对PA66齿轮注塑成型进行实验研究。结果表明,该方法可以为PA66齿轮注塑成型提供理论和技术支持。
PA66 plastic gear for auto lifter was taken as experimental target. The modeling of gear for injection simulation was expounded. With software Moldflow6. 1, the filling process for precision gear was analyzed. Based on Taguchi orthogonal method, the moulding process was optimized, the moulding process parameter was improved, and the PA66 gear injection moulding was studied. Results showed the theory of injection molding gear PA66 could give theoretical and technical support.
