为研究不同工艺参数对微结构零件复制度的影响,将成型质量作为微结构零件复制度的初步量化衡量指标,研究了不同工艺参数下微结构零件的成型质量。建立了简化的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微圆柱阵列注射成型实验模型,运用单因素实验方法实验研究了注射成型工艺参数对微结构零件成型质量的影响规律。实验结果表明,成型工艺参数对微结构零件成型质量的影响顺序为:保压压力〉熔体温度〉模具温度〉保压时间〉注射时间,增加保压压力,制品质量约增加1%,但浇注系统质量变化幅度不到0.2%,表明在浇口尚未封闭的情况下,增加熔体温度和模具温度能使保压压力更有效地通过浇注系统传递到微型腔,从而增加制品质量;影像测量观测结果表明,成型质量大的制品,微结构的填充要好于质量轻的制品,微结构零件复制度与成型质量存在对应关系。对于具有广泛应用前景的精细微结构零件——微透镜阵列而言,制品质量可初步评价微结构零件的复制度;研究各工艺参数对制品质量的影响规律对提高微结构零件的复制度有重要意义。
In order to improve replication fidelity of microstructured parts, the influence of different processing parameters on the part weight of microstructured parts was studied by taking the micro lens array as the application case and the part weight as the preliminary quantitative index of replication fidelity. A simplified analysis model of PMMA micro column arrays was set up and the effects of different processing parameters in injection molding on the weight of microstructured parts were studied. Results of the single factor experiments reveal that the influence degree of process parameters on part weight can be ordered in packing pressure〉melt temperature〉mold temperature〉packing time 〉injection time, and it can be proved that the part weight increases about 1% with increasing packing pressure, while the change of runner system weight do not exceed 0. 2%. This results show that the increases of melt temperature and mold temperature can make the packing pressure transfer to micro cavity more effectively through runner system, and can increase the part weight. From the images of measuring apparatus, it is discovered that the weighter the part weight, the better the filling of the microstructures. In conclusion, the part weight can be used to evaluate the replication fidelity of microstructure parts primarily; the investigation of the influence of processing parameters on the part weight can be used to improve the replication fidelity of microstructured parts.
