英文摘要：

According to spatial characteristics and business needs of logistics, the paper proposes multi-tiers of architecture and framework for LSMIS. These tiers of architecture are client tier, service provider, application server, and database. The paper analyzes some key technologies of LSMIS realization in Web environment, realizes the corresponding LSMIS based on DCOM, and tests the performance of proposed system in the paper. The experimental results show that proposed system can efficiently construct third part logistics management information system with multi-tiers of architecture, and provide the whole solutions of logistics management for small and medium-sized logistics enterprise.
