介绍了一种宽带线性调频(LFM)雷达信号产生的方法与实现,结合直接数字合成(DDS)+锁相环(PLL)的方式,采用DDS芯片AD9852和集成锁相芯片ADF4360—7完成了设计所需求的宽带线性调频信号。详细说明了该方案设计的构架、各单元电路的设计与实现以及各芯片参数的设定情况。实测结果表明,该频率合成器输出功率〉-4dBm,环路锁定时间为14μs,输出信号相位噪声优于-90dBc/Hz@1kHz,输出信号达到了所需指标要求。
This paper introduces a kind of broadband chirp radar signals of methods and implementation. This method is based on the direct digital synthesis(DDS) + phase locked loop(PLL) structure. DDS uses AD9852 chip, and PLL uses ADF4360-7 chip to design the requirements of the broadband chirp signal. This paper illustrates the design of structure, each circuit implementation and the parameters of the chip set in detail. Experimental results show that the output signal power is over -4 dBm, frequency switching time is 14 μs and phase noise is better than -90 dBc/Hz@l kHz. This output could be used in the radar design.
