Xiao Hailin was born in 1976. He received Ph. D. degree in School of Electronic Engineering of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2007. He also received the B. S. and M. S. degrees from Wuhan University in 1998 and 2004, respectively. Now he is an assistant professor in the School of Information and Communication, Guilin University of Electronic Technology. S. degree in 1968 and the M. S. degree in 1981 from UESTC (formerly known as the Chengdu Institute of Radio Engineering), respectively. He was a visiting scholar in the Electromagnetic Laboratory, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 1987 to 1989. He is currently a full professor with the Department of Microwave Engineering, School of Electronic Engineering, UESTC, and Vice President of UESTC. He has published more than 350 technical papers and coauthored 3 technical books. He was the winner of the 2nd class of China National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2002. His research interests include electromagnetic radiation, scattering, inverse scattering, wave and field in inhomogeneous media, computational electromagnetics, smart antenna technique in mobile communications and MIMO wireless communications. He is a senior of the IEEE and a fellow of Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE). Li Xin was born in 1975. He received his B. S. degree in radio communication engineering and the M.S. degree in information and communication engineering from Chongqing University of Post and Telecommunication (CQUPT) in 1999 and 2002, respectively.
