Wetland sy stem plays an important role in global carbon cycle. Human activities, such as wetland cultivation, agricultural fertilizer using and natural factors, such as global warming, atmosphere nitrogen deposition result in amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition entering into wetland, which must effect the carbon accumulation in wetland system. This paper summarized the effects of exogenous nitrogen and phosphorus inputs on soil carbon pool, plant carbon pool, litter decomposition in wetland, and the model simulation of carbon cycle. And a research prospect in this field has been pointed out.
