特种车辆履带板热压成形技术研究

通过数值模拟及热压成形试验,对某特种车辆履带板的热压成形技术进行了研究,完成了此履带板的一次热压成形。结果表明,所采取的模具结构及工艺参数合理,履带板的两端翻边处及板身凹棱处等难变形部位的成形效果良好。通过优化坯料尺寸,可以实现零件的一次成形。履带板的热压成形效率可以保证在每小时15件以上,并且生产质量较高,能够实现产品的批量化生产。

英文摘要:

Soleplates of special automobile produced by thermoforming were investigated through numerical simulation and thermoforming experimentation and the soleplates were manufactured by once forming.The results show that the dies and processing parameters are appropriate,and the positions in which the forming property is low(such as corner angles and flanging parts at the ends) are processed perfectly.The soleplates could be produced by once forming through optimizing the dimension of sheets,and not less than 15 soleplates with excellent properties could be produced in one hour.The batch production of the soleplates could be achieved for the high production efficiency.
