以幼刺参为研究对象,在刺参基础饵料中添加富硒酵母以研究其对刺参生长、消化、免疫及抗病力的影响。结果表明,饵料中添加富硒酵母能显著提高刺参的生长性能,其中,添加量为10^7和10^8 CFU/g的处理组效果最佳。肠道消化酶活性研究发现,富硒酵母添加组淀粉酶活性显著提高,但对脂肪酶没有显著地影响。富硒酵母添加量为10^7 CFU/g,蛋白酶、纤维素酶的活性显著提高;添加量为10^8 CFU/g,蛋白酶、褐藻酸酶的活性显著提高。与对照组相比,添加10^7和10^8 CFU/g富硒酵母组刺参的超氧化物歧化酶、酚氧化酶活性、溶菌酶的活性均显著提高;饵料中添加10^8 CFU/g富硒酵母对刺参的总一氧化氮合酶和碱性磷酸酶活性也有显著影响。攻毒实验结果表明,添加富硒酵母能显著减少刺参的累积死亡率。综上,饵料中添加富硒酵母可以提高刺参的特定生长率、消化酶活性、免疫力与抗病力,其中,10^7和10^8 CFU/g效果较好。
The effects of dietary addition of Se-enriched yeast on the growth, digestive enzyme activity immunity and disease resistance of Apostichopus japonicus were studied. The results showed that Se- enriched yeast could significantly improve the specific growth rates of A. japonicus, among which of 107 and 108 CFU/g showed better effects. The amylase activities were significantly improved, whereas adding Se-enriched yeast had no significant effects on lipase activities. The protease activities and cel- lulase activities were increased significantly in the group of 107 CFU/g, and the protease activities and alginase activities were increased significantly in the group of 108 CFU/g. The superoxide dismutase, phenoloxidase and lysozyme activities of A. japonicus increased significantly in groups of 107 and 10 CFU/g, while the total nitric oxide synthase and alkaline phosphatase activities were increased significantly in the group of 108 CFU/g. It was shown that adding Se-enriched could significantly de- crease the cumulative mortality of A. japonicus. The results indicated that dietary addition of Se-en- riched yeast could improve the growth performance, digestive enzyme activity, immunity and disease resistance of A. japonicus, of which better levels were 107 and 108 CFU/g.
