利用酵母菌、芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌混合固态发酵幼参饲料,对发酵前后营养成分变化进行测定及养殖效果进行评价。结果表明,与未发酵饲料相比,粗蛋白含量和粗灰分含量无显著性变化;可溶性还原糖含量显著升高,提高了3.48倍;粗纤维含量降低了5.00%。进行50d的养殖实验,发酵饲料组海参比空白组增重率提高了18.30%,发酵饲料组刺参的生长性能优于未发酵饲料组。发酵饲料组养殖水体中氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硫化物浓度并无显著变化,表明发酵饲料对水质没有显著的改善。
Juvenile sea cucumber feed was fermented by Yeast 2144, Bacillus and Lactobacillus casei to produce high quality feed. The results showed that erude protein and ash content didn't change significantly, while reducing sugar increased 3.48 times and crude fiber reduced by 5.00%. The growth rate of fermented feed groups were 18.30% higher and had better growth performance than unfermented groups. The concentration of ammonia, nitrite and sulfide in aquaculture water had no significant change, indicating the fermented feed had no adverse effect on water quality.
