为探讨高速铁路拱桥实体圆钢吊杆的抗疲劳性能和承载能力,设计并制作了一根短吊杆和一根长吊杆足尺模型,进行了200万次疲劳试验和承载能力试验。参考《铁路桥梁钢结构设计规范》(TB 10002.2—2005)和英国规范BS 5400的有关规定,基于Miner疲劳损伤累积原则,得到了吊杆的等效荷载幅值。研究结果表明:在设计疲劳荷载循环加载200万次后,吊杆模型杆体和连接细节部位未出现疲劳裂纹,应力状态稳定,实体圆钢吊杆疲劳性能满足设计要求;疲劳试验后静力拉伸试验表明,短吊杆和长吊杆疲劳后静力性能满足设计要求,极限承载力分别为6 180kN和5 610kN。
In order to investigate the fatigue behavior and load bearing capacity of the solid round steel hanger in high-speed railway arch bridge,the full scale models of a short and a long solid round steel hangers were designed and manufactured.The fatigue test models were firstly subjected to cyclic loads up to 2 million times and then load bearing capacity tests were carried out.According to Miner’s fatigue accumulation damage rule and referring to the Code for design on steel structure of railway bridge(TB 10002.2—2005) and British Code BS 5400,the equivalent load amplitude of the hanger models was determined.The fatigue test results show that no crack occurs in the body and connection structural detail of the short and the long hanger models,the fatigue behavior of the short and the long solid round steel hangers can meet the design requirement.The static tensile test results show that the static behavior of the short and the long solid round steel hangers can meet the design requirement after 2 million times of cycle loading.The ultimate load bearing capacities of the short and long hanger are 6 180kN and 5 610kN respectively.
