提出一种新的以光学测量为目的的线性无衍射结构光实现方法一组合三角棱镜法。利用衍射原理及菲涅尔近似原理,对平面波入射棱镜后光场的光强分布进行严格数学推导,得到了精确解的表达式,根据推导结果运用软件对棱镜后光强分布进行了模拟仿真。结果表明,所产生的线性结构光具有无衍射特性,且在中心线上具有更高的光强分布,该光源可作为表面形貌的线结构光测量。
For the purpose of optical measurement, a new method to obtain linear nondiffraction structured light (NDSL) is proposed. By means of diffraction principle and Freshel approximation principle, the optical field behind combined triangular-section prism (CTSP) projected by parallel light is calculated and analyzed by related software, and an accuracy expression is obtained after rigorous mathematical consequence. Based on this, the optical field has been simulated. The result showed that new non-diffraction structured light has characteristic of non-diffraction and also has higher light intensity in the central line. These can provide a good condition for workpiece on-line optical measurement.
