针对材料和制造工艺等不确定因素,并为提高汽车碰撞安全性稳健性分析的效率,采用基于kriging代理模型的稳健性分析方法,研究材料不确定性对某款轿车前纵梁碰撞安全性能的影响。结果表明,材料特性的不确定性对前纵梁峰值碰撞力影响较大;基于kriging模型的稳健性分析的精度和效率比采用有限元模型时要高。
In view of the uncertainties in material and manufacturing process, and for enhancing the effi- ciency of robustness analysis on vehicle erashworthiness, a robustness analysis scheme based on kriging metamodel is adopted to investigate the effects of material uncertainty on the crashworthiness of the front side rail in a car. The results demonstrate that the material uncertainty highly affects the peak crash force of front side rail, and the accuracy and efficiency of robustness analysis using kriging metamodel are higher than that with FE model.
