分组讨论是一种新型的教学法,可以有效地激发学生主动学习的兴趣,拓展学生的课外知识。在"食品营养与卫生学"教学实践中发现,要使分组讨论式教学充分发挥作用,应从课前准备、课堂讨论、课后总结与评价3个环节重点加强管理,采取行之有效的措施指导学生讨论,提高学生的综合素质,促进教学相长。
Grouping discussion- based teaching is a kind of new teaching mode which can effectively arouse the students’ interest in active learning,develop students’ extracurricular knowledge. There is a discovery in the Food Nutrition and Hygiene teaching practice,that strengthen management,should be prepared before class,class discussion,summary and evaluation after class, to make a grouping discussion- based teaching work, take effective measures to guide the students to discuss,reform the traditional teaching mode, improve the comprehensive quality of students, promote the common progress of the teaching and learning.
