运用ANSYS软件对Si Cp/Al复合材料薄壁板进行模态分析,获得前10阶固有频率以及相应振型,并研究了几何尺寸对其振动特性的影响。结果表明:薄壁板的固有频率随厚度的增加呈现上升趋势;而高度和宽度的增加会使其固有频率呈现下降趋势;其中,厚度的变化对固有频率的影响最大。靠近自由端部分振动幅度较大;而且阶数越高,局部振动变形越密集。靠近约束端1/5部分,振动幅度极小。
Uses ANSYS software to do the modal analysis about thin-walled plate of Si Cp / Al composites,calculating the first 10-order natural frequency and corresponding mode shapes. The influence of geometry size to vibration performance of workpiece is also studied. The results showed that the effect on the vibration characteristics will be larger by the thickness increased,but the effect of the height and width is opposite. And the effect on the change of thickness is the maximum. Close to the free end part,it appears the larger deformation,and the higher the order number,the more intensive the local deformation. Close to 1 /5 of the end part,thin-walled plate is almost no deformation.
