通过建立Si Cp/Al复合材料薄壁件的三维有限元模型,运用ABAQUS有限元软件对其车削加工过程进行模拟分析,研究了切削速度、进给量和背吃刀量等切削参数对薄壁件加工变形的影响规律。结果表明,在工件端部对Si Cp/Al复合材料薄壁件进行切削时,最大径向变形和最大挠曲变形都发生在切削区域,并随着背吃刀量的增加而增大,随着进给量的增大而增大,随着切削速度的提高呈增大趋势。其中背吃刀量对Si Cp/Al复合材料薄壁件变形的影响最显著,切削速度影响较小。
By establishing the three- dimensional finite element model of Si Cp / Al composites thin- walled workpiece,the turning process is simulated in ABAQUS,the regularities of cutting parameters such as cutting speed,feed and back engagement influencing on thin- walled workpiece deformation are studied. Results show that the maximum radial deformation and the maximum flexural deformation both occurr in the cutting area when cutting at the end region of Si Cp / Al composite thin- walled workpiece. At the same time,the deformation increases with the increment of back engagement,feed and cutting speed. Among the influence of cutting parameters on the deformation of Si Cp / Al composite thin- walled workpiece,the back engagement is the most significant,the cutting speed is small.
