在W骨架中熔渗铬铜合金获得CuW合金,通过后续不同的热处理工艺获得不同元素分布的CuW合金。通过硬度、导电率综合评价制定合适的固溶时效温度。采用扫描电镜研究了不同热处理工艺下Cr元素的分布规律。结果表明,CuW合金的拉伸与压缩强度随着热处理过程逐渐增大。合金的耐电蚀强度中最大的为时效态处理,依次为熔渗态和固溶态CuW。烧蚀后熔渗态合金表面烧蚀形貌严重程度,时效态合金表面喷溅程度最小。
CuW alloy is prepared by infiltrated Cu alloy in W skeleton, and the CuW alloy with different element distribution can be gotten by different follow-up heat treatment technology. The temperature of solid solution and aging treatment is evaluated by hardness and electrical conductivity. The distribution of Cr is analyzed by SEM for different heat treatment technologies. The results show that the strength of tension and compression are increase obviously by heat treatment. The resistant of electrical corrosion increases by aging treatment mostly, and then infiltration, solid solution for CuW alloy. After erosion, CuW alloy by infiltration is destroyed seriously, but only a few splashing occurs on CuW ahoy surface with aging treatment.
