提出了一种基于显微结构图像的木材轴向薄壁组织自动提取方法。首先运用数学形态学方法处理图像,将轴向薄壁组织和导管形态从阔叶材横切面图像中成功地提取出来,然后通过计算封闭区域的面积将轴向薄壁组织从导管中分离出来。实验结果表明,该方法可以将木材轴向薄壁组织形态成功地从阔叶材横切面图像中提取出来。
A microstructural image-based method for automatic wood axial parenchyma extraction is presented. Firstly, mathematical morphology methods are applied to processing image. The form of axial parenchyma and pores is obtained from the cross-section image of hardwood successfully. Then the axial parenchyma has been separated from pores by calculating the enclosed area. The simulation experiment shows that the form of wood axial parenchyma is obtained from cross-section microscopic image of hardwood successfully by using this method.
