本文论述了蜂巢式密集仓储系统中的蜂巢小车取货装置的创新设计。该装置分为两种类型,无动力取货装置采用了带滚珠推动的T型挂钩,通过勾住周转箱上沿的T型槽孔实现取放货物,有动力取货装簧采用了带棘轮的夹持机构,通过夹抱纸箱侧壁实现取放货物。本文对这两种装置的工作原理进行了分析论述,并对相关机构进行了设计计算。
This paper introduces the innovative design of the pickup devices in the nest shuttle,which is used in the nest intensive storage system. Devices include two types:the powerless pickup device adopts the T tied with ball bearing drive and takes goods through the hook on the turnover box along the T slots; motivated pickup device adopts a ratchet wheel clamping mechanism and takes goods through the clamp holding the carton wall implementation. This paper discusses the principles of these two devices and makes some analysis on relevant institutions.
