We present a scheme to produce a maximally entangled state of multiple separate cavity fields based on the'resonant interaction of a single-mode cavity field and a three-level atom. Firstly we investigate the entanglement of two separate cavity fields, and then generalize this scheme with maximally entangled states to multiple separate cavity fields.
