以普通高校优质教育资源与社会资金、资源结合的方式举办、按民办机制运行的独立学院,在企业文化视野下,人力资源管理既有独特性,亦存在不少问题。独立学院应尊重企业文化的合理性,促进企业文化与高校文化的融合,进行人力资源的整体开发和优化配置。
In the view of enterprise culture, the independent academy of the private mechanism is held by the high--quality educational resources,social funds and the combination of resources, and its human resource management is unique,but still exists some problems.
