对一个采用抛物槽式太阳集热器(PTC)驱动的单效溴化锂吸收式制冷系统的制冷和供暖性能进行实验研究。实验结果显示,在考虑管路热损和储热水箱的热损后,夏季系统集热效率在0.24~0.35之间,系统集热功率为9.6-16.6kW;冬季系统集热效率(采暖效率ηh)在0.42—0.55之间,系统集热功率为10.0—17.1kW。制冷模式下机组在65~70℃的热水下加热,其制冷系数在0.40~0.60之间,日平均制冷系数为0.45,系统的平均制冷性能系数(COP)为0.25;针对该制冷系统存在的一些问题和不足,对其结构设计进行优化分析,为高效太阳能溴化锂吸收式制冷系统的设计提供参考。
The cooling and heating performances of lithium bromide-water absorption chiller driven by solar parabolic trough collector (PTC) were studied. The experimental results show that after considering the heat losses of the pipe and heat storage tank, the heat collecting efficiency and the instant heat collecting power of the system in summer are from 0.24 to 0.35 and from 9.6 to 16.6 kW, respectively;And the heat collecting efficiency (heating efficiency 7/h) and the instant heat collecting power of the system in winter are from 0.42 to 0.55 and from 10.0 to 17.1 kW, respectively. On the other hand, when the temperature of hot water ranges from 65 to 70 ℃, the COP of the system is from 0.40 to 0.60, the average daily chilling coefficient is 0.45, and the average coefficient of performance (COPav)of the system is 0.25 for the refrigeration mode. The optimization analysis of the structure design is carried out in terms of the problems of the chiller system to provide design reference for highly efficient solar lithium bromide absorption chilling system.
