由于金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)因老化、受潮等原因而引起阻性电流的增加。实践证明,在MOA绝缘损坏初期,全电流的增大不太明显,对MOA的运行状况不能较好的测试,但是从全电流中提取的阻性电流却能很好地反应出氧化锌避雷器的运行状况。文中研制了无线智能型避雷器在线监测装置的研究,该仪器可以通过蓝牙把数据传入电脑或者手机,以此来检测避雷器的性能,因此在该设计选用VC6.0来设计一个MOA实时监测界面,该监测界面可以测得实时监测的数据。该装置采用阻性电流作为检测对象,通过判断阻性电流占全电流的百分比来初步判别避雷器的运行状况,也可采用历史数据的纵向比较法,正确测量出避雷器的阻性电流,能较好地反映氧化锡避雷器运行情况。通过实验室的试验,该装置可实现配网避雷器的在线监测,实现远程数据的传输,降低了巡检人员操作的危险度,同时也减少了检修停电导致的经济损失、提高了配电网的供电可靠性。
The factors, such as aging and moisture, resuh in an increase in resistive current of a metal oxide surge arrester(MOA). It has been proved that in the early stage of MOA insulation damage, the increase of current is not obvious, which cannot be used for accurate monitoring of MOA working condition, but this slight current increase can reflect the aging or moisture of MOA. In this study, a wireless intelligent on-line monitoring device was designed for MOA. This instrument transmits data into computers or cell phones via bluetooth for measurement of MOA performance. In order to detect the operating state of MOA, a real-time monitoring interface was designed with VC6.0 to measure the real-time data of MOA. This device detects resistive current to evaluate working state of MOA by calculating the percentage of the resistive current in whole current. Tests in laboratory showed that the device could be applied to arrester line monitoring for distribution network, realize remote data transmission, reduce the risk for inspection persons and the economic losses caused by power outage, and improve the reliability of distribution network.
