鼓泡流态化一直是稠密气固多相流研究领域中的热点,本文用计算流体力学离散单元方法(CFD-DEM)对典型鼓泡流态化过程进行模拟并针对影响计算结果的重要参数进行敏感性分析,旨在验证程序的可靠性、精确度,并进一步分析模型参数对结果的影响。模拟结果真实还原了鼓泡流态化的流动情形,发现颗粒参数如杨氏模量对结果的影响较小,而静摩擦系数对结果影响较大,颗粒碰撞切向阻尼可以忽略。模拟边界条件对结果的影响主要体现在边壁附近,对中心区域统计量变化影响很小。此外,还发现不同网格尺度对模拟结果有明显影响。
Bubbling fluidization is always the focus of dense gas-solid multiphase flow sphere.With the aim of program validation and further analyses of model parameters' influence on the results, reproduction of a typical bubbling fluidization process is numerically carried out using a CFD-DEM approach.Simulation results restore the flow pattern of bubbling fluidization and find that solid Young modulus has little effect on the results.However,static friction coefficient has relatively large influence while tangential damp hardly has any effect on the results.Influence of the boundary condition emerges mainly in the vicinity of the walls,rather than the bed center area.Furthermore, different grid size exhibits distinct influence on the results.
