利用光学成像和图像处理理论及技术,根据炉渣性能测量的冶金行业标准,提出了一种基于兴趣区面积最大的炉渣性能动态测量法,实现炉渣熔化性能指标的自动测量。该法先对3mm×3mm,渣样图像进行光学放大,动态采集放大的渣样图像,并进行拉普拉斯边缘检测,根据边缘检测算法识别图像兴趣区,并计算各兴趣区的面积,采用冒泡法搜索具有最大面积属性的兴趣区最小纵坐标,以计算渣样高度,实现渣样性能指标的动态测量。生产实践表明:该方法测量精度高,熔化温度误差达±0.1℃,熔化速度时间精度达0.1ms。
According to metallurgical industry standard of slag property measurement and using theory and technology on optical imaging and image processing, a dynamic measurement method of slag property based on maximal ROI area is put forward to realize automatic measurement of slag molten property index. In the method, firstly a 3mm±3 mm slag sample image was magnified, magnified slag sample image was collected dynamically, then the edge of slag sample image was detected by use of Laplacian arithmetic. Image ROI was searched according to coordinate obtained by edgedetection and area of each ROI was computed. Minimal vertical coordinate of maximal ROI area was extracted using bubble method to get slag sample height and realize dynamic measurement of slag sample property index. Practice shows that measurement accuracy of the method is high, error of melting temperature is ±1℃, and time accuracy of melting velocity is 0.1 ms.
