物流业是国民经济的重要组成部分，对我国物流业发展水平进行动态综合评价是产业优化、经济评估、政策制定的基础。通过建立区域物流业发展水平评价指标体系、应用相对发展增益指数、均衡发展增益指数、可持续发展增益指数对静态综合评价值进行修正，对具有相对较高发展速度、物流产业内部发展均衡、保持长期较高发展速度的区域给予激励，可以得出区域物流发展水平动态综合评价结果：2010-2012年我国物流业整体发展水平动态综合评价值较高，只是各区域物流业发展水平处于中等以下水平，需要有效协调物流产业发展速度、产业内部均衡发展以及可持续发展之间的关系，争取更大的产业发展空间。

英文摘要：

Logistics is an important part of national economy, thus dynamic comprehensive evaluation of logis tics in China is the base of industrial optimization, economic evaluation and relevant policies setting. Evaluation in dex system of regional logistics development level is set in this article;relative development gain indexes, equilibri um development gain indexes and sustainable development gain indexes are used for revising static comprehensive evaluation values,inspiriting regions with relative high speed logistics development, balanced intra industry de velopment and relative long term high speed logistics development to get the evaluation values of dynamic com prehensive development level of regional logistics. Despite the relative high evaluation values of dynamic comprehen sive development level of the whole logistics industry in China from 2010 to 2012, relevant evaluation values of sep arate regions are below the normal level, requiring efficient coordination among logistics development speed, equilib rium development of intra industry and sustainable development to bring vast development space for logistics.
