简要介绍了导叶不同步装置(MGV装置)的基本原理和工作特性,提出了按“并联过流、同轴同特性的双转轮可逆机组”模拟的建模思路,建立了含MGV装置的可逆机组甩负荷过渡过程仿真计算数学模型.通过计算结果与真机试验实测结果的对比分析,验证了该数学模型的正确性,证实了MGV装置在机组甩负荷过渡过程中所发挥的良好作用.
A brief introduction was given to the basic principle and operation characteristics of misaligned guide vanes (MGV). The thought for modeling of double runner reversible turbine units in parallel flowing mode with the same axis and same characteristics was proposed, and a mathematic model for load rejection transient process of reversible turbine units with MGV was developed. The mathematic model was verified by comparative analysis of calculated results with field test data. It is also demonstrated that MGV device plays an effective role in load rejection transient processes.
