With the implementation of the ＂agricultural science and technology＂ strategy, technology plays an increasingly important role in agricultural production. This paper probes into the influencing factors involved in cooperative innovation by means of Logit model based on the investigation and survey data from 137 cooperatives in three regions located in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Sichuan provinces. Researches show that the level of president’s education, the number of technical staffs, the cooperation degree of production, study and research, the capacity of the government support has a prominent positive impact on the cooperative self-dependent innovation. While the age of presidents, the scale of the cooperative as well as the brand has no effect on cooperative self-dependent innovation. Meanwhile, contrast to Sichuan province, the cooperative self-dependent innovation in Zhejiang, and Jiangsu Provinces is generally higher. And the self-dependent innovation capability of cooperatives in Jiangsu regions is generally higher than that in Zhejiang regions. Finally some relevant policy proposes are given based on the above analysis.
