From the current development of cold chain logistics industry and combined with high - risk character- istics of cold chain logistics, risk factors for cold chain logistics enterprise management are identified. The paper sets up its relational conceptual model and by establishing a structural equation model for validation and calculat- ing the various risk factors that affect the path coefficients, analyzes the interactive relationships and degrees a- mong factors. This study can provide important ground and reference for business risk prevention for cold chain logistics enterprises.
