采用UMT-2型微观多功能测试系统,在试验环境为牛血清,法向加载应力1MPa,在3种不同的接触面积下分别测定了天然关节软骨摩擦副的接触位移和摩擦因数。结果表明,接触位移是由软骨变形量和波动位移组成,软骨变形量与时间成非线性增加,波动位移与时间呈周期而非线性变化;接触面积影响软骨摩擦副的摩擦行为,与摩擦因数和波动位移呈负相关;较大的接触面积产生较低的摩擦因数和波动位移。
Contact displacement and coefficient of friction about natural cartilage pairs were measured under three con tact areas using UMT-2 multi-specimen test system with bovine serum as lubricant under contact stress of 1 MPa. These resuits show that contact displacement is made up of cartilage deformation and wavy displacement. Cartilage deformationfunctions as a nonlinear relation with time while wavy displacement as a nonlinearly periodic relation with time. Contact area functions as a negative relation with coefficient of friction and wavy displacement. Larger contact area results in lower coefficient of friction and wavy displacement.
