利用绿原酸(CA)作为自由基捕获剂,研究了CA对聚乙烯醇(PVA)热稳定性的影响。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、万能试验机、紫外可见分光光度计对PVA/CA共混物分别进行红外吸收、熔点、热失重率以及PVA共混物薄膜的力学性能和透光性的测试和表征。结果表明,CA可以显著提高PVA的热稳定性,改善其柔韧性,提高断裂伸长率,降低其熔点;当CA含量为5.0%(质量分数,下同)时,在改善PVA热稳定性的同时,还可以保持其优异的力学性能和透光性。
In this paper, chlorogenic acid (CA) was used as a free radical scavenger in poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), and the effect of chlorogenic acid on the thermal Stability of PVA was studied. Blends of PVA/chlorogenic acid were investigated by FTIR, DSC, TGA, universal testing machine, and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer, etc. It showed that chlorogenic acid significantly improved the thermal stability, flexibility, and elongation at break of PVA, but reduced the melting point. When the content of chlorogenic acid was 5.0 wt%, improved thermal stability, mechanical properties, and light transmittance were observed.
