以水蒸气为气化剂,采用自制的煤炭地下气化模拟实验装置模拟煤炭地下气化过程。用不同温度的地下水浸泡收集到的气化半焦,对浸泡液中的有机和无机污染物进行分析。以研究粒度为5—10 mm的大颗粒褐煤、烟煤和无烟煤气化残焦在地下水中的溶出情况。结果表明:随着浸泡温度的升高,气化残焦浸泡液中TOC和酚类化合物均减小。随着浸泡时间的延长,浸泡液中氨氮和酚类化合物质量浓度均先增加后基本不变;TOC和大部分微量元素则随浸泡时间的延长不断增大。TOC和氨氮质量浓度与煤种的关系为褐煤〉烟煤〉无烟煤。
With steam as gasification agents,the gasification tests of Neimeng lignite,Hebi bituminous coal and Jincheng anthracite with particle size of 5-10 mm were carried out under different gasification temperatures by using self-made gasification system. Gasification semi-coke is soaked by the ground water with different temperatures,then the soak water of organic and inorganic pollutants were studied based on the dissolution of pollutants from semicoke in groundwater. The results show that TOC and phenolics increase constantly with the increase of leaching temperature in the tested temperature range. As the extension of leaching time,the mass concentration of ammonia and phenolic compounds in residual semi-coke leaching of liquid is increased first and then remains unchanged.While the concentration of TOC and most elements are constantly increasing,the effect of coal on the mass concentration of TOC and ammonia is: lignite bituminous coal anthracite.
