以印尼高硫褐煤为原料,氢氧化钠为活化剂,采用化学活化法制备煤基活性炭,系统考察碱炭比、活化温度、活化时间等制备工艺对活性炭吸附性能及收率的影响。结果表明:碱炭比、活化温度和活化时间是影响活性炭吸附性能和收率的重要工艺因素。活性炭的碘吸附量随着碱炭比的增大而增大;随着活化温度的升高和活化时间的延长,均先增大后减小;活性炭收率则随着碱炭比增大、活化温度升高和活化时间的延长而逐渐减小。在实验条件下,碱炭比为2,活化温度为700℃,活化时间为1h时,可以制得碘吸附量为2312.6mg/g,收率为35.78%的优质煤基活性炭。
Coal based activated carbons were prepared from Indonesia high sulfur lignite with NaOH as activa ting agent. The influence of the ratio of NaOH to lignite, activation temperature and activation time on adsorption properties and yield were investigated. The results can be concluded as follows: the ratio of NaOH to carbon, activation temperature and activation time are the main factors that could affect pore structure and adsorption performance of AC. It also showed that with the increase of activation temperature and activation time, the iodine adsorption value of AC improved first and then decreased. With the increase of the ratio of NaOH to carbon, the iodine adsorption value of AC increased continuously. However, with the increase of the ratio of NaOH to carbon, activation temperature and activation time, the yield of AC decreased continuously. When the ratio of NaOH to carbon is 2, the activation tern perature is 700 ℃ and activation time is 1 h, coal based activated carbon could be prepared, of which the iodine ad sorption value can be 2312.6 mg/g and the yield is 35.78%.
