对Clostridium acetobutylicum XY16开展了渗透汽化原位分离耦合发酵研究,考察了pH调控及分离膜面积对耦合发酵性能的影响。结果表明:与分批发酵相比,渗透汽化原位分离耦合发酵得到的渗透液中丙酮、丁醇、乙醇(ABE)总浓度达到了103g/L,提高了472%,但ABE生产速率为0.29g/(L·h),仅提高了16%。通过pH调控,可使ABE生产速率提高至0.34g/(L·h)。通过增大渗透汽化膜的分离面积,溶剂移出率达92%,使体系内的丁醇质量浓度保持在4g/L左右。ABE生产速率达到0.4g/(L·h).与分批发酵相比.提高了60%。
Acetone-butanol-ethanol (ABE) fermentation integrated with pervaporation (PV) membrane was studied using Clostridium acetobutylicum XY16. The effects of pH control and PV membrane area on the couplled process were discussed. Results showed that ABE in PV fermentation was 103 g/L, and increased by 472% compared with batch fermentation, and the ABE productivity was 0. 29 g/( L· h), and only increased by 16%. The ABE productivity was up to 0. 34 g/(L·h) with pH control. The solvent removing rate achieved 92% by increasing the separation area of PV membrane, the mass concentration of butanol in the reactor was kept in 4 g/L, and the ABE productivity was 0. 4 g/( L·h), and increased by 60% compared with batch fermentation.
