针对选煤厂浮选环节高灰细泥污染精煤的问题,提出了利用絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)将煤泥中的高灰异质矿物絮凝成团,减少浮选过程中的异质细泥夹带,降低浮选精煤灰分的絮凝浮选方法。试验结果表明,在pH值为5.2、PAC浓度约为2 mg/L的条件下,浮选精煤灰分为10.44%,产率为35.97%;在不加入PAC时,浮选精煤灰分为12.7%,产率为41.66%。因此,PAC能有效降低精煤灰分,但同时导致精煤产率的降低。
Aiming at solving the problem of high rate of the high ash content slime carried with the cleaned coal, Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC) was employed as a flocculating agent to flocculate the slime gangue and reduce ash content of flotation concentrate process. The experiment results showed that when no PAC was employed, the original ash content of the cleaned coal was 12.7% and the cleaned coal yield remained 41.66% when pH value was 5.2 and PAC concentration was about 2mg/L, the ash content of cleaned coal was reduced to 10.44%, associated with cleaned coal yield valued at 35.97 %. The experiment indicated that PAC could effectively reduce ash content of cleaned coal, though decrease the coal production rate.
