煤炭的微生物脱硫是煤炭洁净技术研究的重点领域。本实验利用氧化亚铁硫杆菌DT-1对山西临汾高硫煤进行生物脱硫研究。考察了脱硫过程中不同的反应因素(例如:初始p H值、反应时间、反应液温度)对脱硫效果的影响,并筛选出最优的实验条件。结果表明,氧化亚铁硫杆菌DT-1具有较强的脱除山西临汾高硫煤中硫的能力。在优化的反应条件下,最高的脱硫率达到了33.9%。
The bio-desulfurization of coal is the important research topics at cleaner-coal technology. In the present work,the high sulphur coal sample collected from Linfen coalfield of Shanxi province was subjected to desulphurization by using Thiobacillus Ferooxidans DT-1. The influence of various parameters such as medium pH, incubation time, incubation temperature on sulphur removal from the coal after Thiobacillus Ferooxidans DT-1 treatment was investigated, and the experimental results showed that Thiobacillus Ferooxidans DT-1 was of strong ability of coal biodesulfurization and the desulphurization efficiency reached 33. 9% under optimum reaction conditions.
