Landscape ecological planning in southeast coastal zone in Hainan Island was proposed. According to the natural resources and economy running of southeast coastal zone in Hainan Island, 4 ecological zones, i.e. tropical sea eco-tourism zone, seawater aquiculture zone, coastal agricultural ecological zone and ecological forest zone were divided. Several countermeasures were also put forward in exploiting and governing these ecological zones in the future in the light of their ecological and economic characteristics.
