The main function of Sino-Kazakhstan international border cooperation center,Horgos,is trade negotiation,display and sales of goods,financial services,storage transportation,hotel services,business services facilities,and hosting different types of regional international trade fair.This paper illustrates the opportunity and financial service requirement for Sino-Kazakhstan financial cooperation through the Horgos international border cooperation center and based on this,it analyzes the main problems existing in financial cooperation between Kazakhstan and China,also provides policy suggestions.
