针对图像检测系统中,由于不均匀光照引起的图像背景不平度现象,采用一种准线性方法建立图像不平度的校正模型。通过2次静态实验得到校正系数,并利用查表取值简化线性校正方法,同时对于校正过程中的相关注意事项做了必要的说明。已经在多个工程项目使用证实该方法简化了测量步骤,增加了图像识别精度,实现简便有效。
the correction model of image uneven is established by using linear method to solve image background unevenness phenomenon that leaded by uneven illumination in image detection system.Correction coefficient was derived from experiment and predigested linear correction method with look-up table.The essential explanation regarding the needing attention in correction process is given.This method decreased the step of testing and increased identifiable accuracy of image.In many engineering projects,the validity of method was proved.
