辅助材料设计参数对卷烟主流烟气自由基释放量的影响

为了降低卷烟主流烟气中的自由基释放量,采用单因素试验设计方法制备了辅助材料设计参数不同如卷烟纸透气度、滤嘴通风度和滤棒吸阻的15种卷烟样品,并测定了这些卷烟主流烟气气相自由基和固相自由基释放量。结果表明:①当卷烟纸透气度从20 CU增加到80 CU时,烟气气相自由基释放量从6.87×1014自旋数/支增加到9.30×1014自旋数/支,增加率约为35.37%。固相自由基释放量从1.10×1014自旋数/支降低到0.75×1014自旋数/支,降低率约为31.82%;②当滤嘴通风度从0升高到50%时,主流烟气中的气相自由基释放量从6.52×1014自旋数/支减少到1.16×1014自旋数/支,降低率约为82.21%。固相自由基的释放量从1.09×1014自旋数/支减少到0.48×1014自旋数/支,降低率约为55.96%;③当滤棒吸阻从3400 Pa上升到5000 Pa时,烟气中的气相自由基释放量从8.16×1014自旋数/支减少到5.21×1014自旋数/支,降低率约为36.15%。固相自由基的释放量从1.03×1014自旋数/支减少到0.73×1014自旋数/支,降低率约为27.72%。因此,通过增加卷烟纸透气度降低卷烟烟气自由基的释放量是不可行的,增加滤嘴通风度和滤棒吸阻均可较显著地降低卷烟烟气中固相自由基和气相自由基的释放量。

To reduce the deliveries of free radicals in mainstream cigarette smoke,15 cigarette samples of different auxiliary material parameters,including cigarette paper permeability,filter ventilation rate and pressure drop of filter rod,were prepared with single factor design method,and the deliveries of free radicals in mainstream smoke of the samples were determined.The results showed that: 1) When cigarette paper permeability increased from 20 to 80 CU,the deliveries of gas phase free radicals increased from 6.87×10 14 to 9.30×10 14 spins per cig.,while the deliveries of solid phase free radicals decreased from 1.10×10 14 to 0.75×10 14 spins per cig.,their change rates were 35.37% and-31.82%,respectively.2) As filter ventilation rates increased from 0 to 50%,the deliveries of gas phase free radicals increased from 6.52×10 14 to 1.16×10 14 spins per cig.,at the same time,the deliveries of solid phase free radicals decreased from 1.09×10 14 to 0.48×10 14 spins per cig.,their reduction rates were 82.21% and 55.96%,respectively.3) When the pressure drop of filter rod increased from 3400 to 5000 Pa,the deliveries of gas phase free radicals increased from 8.16×10 14 to 5.21×10 14 spins per cig.,meantime,the deliveries of solid phase free radicals decreased from 1.03×10 14 to 0.73×10 14 spins per cig.,their reduction rates were 36.15% and 27.72%,respectively.Therefore,it is impossible to reduce the deliveries of free radicals in cigarette smoke by increasing cigarette paper permeability.However,the deliveries of gas and solid phase free radicals in cigarette smoke could be obviously decreased with the increase of filter ventilation rate and pressure drop of filter rod.
