为了测定卷烟烟气中过氧化氢(H2O2)的释放量,建立了高选择性的Amplex Red/HRP荧光分析法。结果表明:①该方法的检测限(LOD)为13.5 nmol/L,回收率为98.3%~101.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)〈3.17%;②卷烟主流烟气中H2O2的释放量达到μg/支水平,且与焦油释放量呈正相关;同等焦油释放量的卷烟,由于其设计参数的差异,其H2O2的释放量也存在一定差异。该方法选择性好,灵敏度高,适合于卷烟主流烟气中H2O2释放量的分析。
A highly selective fluorescence method with Amplex Red HRP was developed to determine the hydrogen peroxide in mainstream cigarette smoke.This method's LOD=13.5 nmol/L,recovery 98.3%-101.7% and RSD3.17%(n=5).The level of hydrogen peroxide in mainstream smoke was of micrograms per cigarette and positively correlated with tar delivery.For the cigarettes with the same tar delivery,the delivery of hydrogen peroxide was dependent on their design parameters.This method is suitable for determining the delivery of H2O2 in mainstream cigarette smoke.
